These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of dazzllighting.com and any services provided by Dazzl Holiday Lighting LLC ("Dazzl," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

Quotes & estimates

Quotes and estimates provided through the site or in person are valid for the duration stated on the quote document. Pricing is determined per home based on linear footage, roofline complexity, access, and other factors. We do not publish pricing online, request a free in-home demo for an accurate quote.

Promotional offers

Promotional offers (including any install credits) are subject to the validity dates and terms shown on the offer. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Credits are applied to the final invoice and require a signed installation agreement.

Installation services

Installation services are governed by the separate Dazzl Installation Agreement signed at the time of booking. That agreement controls warranty, scope, scheduling, and payment terms.

Intellectual property

All site content (text, photos, graphics, logos, code) is the property of Dazzl or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dazzl will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
